Information:
The Gaynes Park project is situated next to the stunning Gaynes Park mansion in Epping. The project comprised of five multi-million pound properties with an extremely high performance specification. The entire project was delivered using triple glazing with glass weights in excess of 600kg. No expense was spared when specifying the high performing Schuco AWS 75 super insulation product. This coupled with the use of triple glazing meant that the overall U-values on the project were as low as 1.2 w/m2K.
